TAPE ECHO is a software realization of a tape echo without fed back into the pre-echo signal. In combination with active loudspeaker boxes TAPE ECHO can be used as tool for life electronic music. Getting started with TAPE ECHO Sing a canon and let TAPE ECHO apply two different delays to your voice: When starting TAPE ECHO the settings-screen appears. Turn here tempo e.g. to 96 beats per second, left delay to 8 and right delay to 16 beats. Pressing the play button starts TAPE ECHO. For your orientation left and right beat- and bar-counts are shown. Begin singing your favorite canon e.g. "Frère Jacques..." starting when left beat count flips to 1.
